Personal Training sessions can be 30, 45 or 60 minutes in length, and each session is tailored to the client’s goals and needs. Lisa can train out of her in-home Pilates studio in West Bloomfield, MI or at a client’s home. If desired, sessions can also be taught online via Zoom.


Lisa trains clients:

 -in specific sports  & dancers 

- injury & injury prevention 

-pre and post surgery

-pregnancy

-help with balance and fall prevention
